Main Objective
• Responsible for developing short and long term objectives to optimize overall supply chain processes. Implement best practices focused on supply chain cost reductions and service improvements.
• Ensure that the supply chain is performing at maximum efficiency in the areas of planning, logistics, customer service, quality, costs, foreign trade and procurement areas across the Central America region (7 Countries).
• Integrate a high performing team through People management success. Lead all people from different supply chain areas.
II.- EDUCATION
• Four year Bachelor's Degree, Master in Logistics, or MBA
• 5+ years experience in supply chain and materials management in a manufacturing environment
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or ISM CPM certification preferred
• Lean manufacturing experience, including JIT (Just in time) production and TQM (Total Quality Management)
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
